Data collected and purposes
Contact form
Name, email address and the content of your message, in order to reply to you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to the requests sent to us. Retention: 3 years after our last exchange.
Online orders
Name, billing and delivery addresses, email, telephone and order contents, in order to process and deliver your order, issue the invoice and provide after-sales service. Legal basis: performance of the sales contract and our legal obligations. Retention: for the duration of the business relationship, then 10 years for accounting records.
Payment is processed by our secure payment provider: we never have access to your bank details and do not store them.
Quote requests (corporate events)
Company, name, email, telephone, event information and the content of your message, in order to prepare and follow up your quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request. Retention: 3 years after our last exchange.
Online withdrawal
Name, email, order number, date and items concerned, in order to record your withdrawal, acknowledge receipt of it and refund you. Legal basis: our legal obligations. Retention: 5 years after the end of the business relationship, as proof of our exchanges.
Horoscope, tarot, palmistry and symbols
These experiences run directly in your browser. No data is sent to us. The sign you choose may be remembered on your device so that you don’t have to select it again; you can delete it at any time by clearing your browsing data.
Recipients
Your data is intended for HÂPY-COM and, where relevant to their role, for its service providers: OVH (website hosting, in France), La Poste (order delivery) and the payment provider. It is never sold or transferred for advertising purposes.
Cookies
The website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. Only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work are set, for example to keep the contents of your basket (woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session) or to keep the symbol of the day drawn by scanning your cup until midnight (fcs_signe). These cookies do not require your consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict and object to its processing and to data portability, as well as the right to set out instructions on what happens to your data after your death. If you believe that your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

The website can only be accessed over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to data is limited to the people who need it to process your request or your order.
