Delivery times
Your order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 3 working days of payment confirmation. Then allow around 2 to 3 working days for delivery, depending on the method chosen (La Poste’s estimated times).
As soon as your order is dispatched, you receive an email with your tracking number.
Damaged or incomplete parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the parcel and its contents: we will find a solution.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to give a reason.
- Use our online function Withdraw from the contract here, also accessible at the bottom of every page: you immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email. You can also write to us at contact@fortuna-cafe.fr, stating your name, your order number and the date of receipt.
- Send the items back no later than 14 days after informing us. Return costs are at your expense.
- We refund all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs (on the basis of the least expensive shipping method), no later than 14 days after your request. The refund may be withheld until we receive the items or proof that they have been sent back. It is made using the same means of payment as was used for the order.
Items must be returned complete. Any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check their nature and characteristics may be deducted from the refund.
